Somewhere in-between killing it at work, staying hydrated, working out and trying to keep up with new wellness routines, stress can creep up from the endless pressure we’re dealing with. This can take a toll on our immune systems and it’s that time of year when your immunity needs to be on its A-game with all these allergens flying around (literally). I’m staying a step ahead by alternating turmeric and ginger shots every morning to boost my body’s defense.
Of course, you could look up a top-notch recipe to make these shots in your kitchen, but if you’re like me and you never have time, Buda Juice makes some ready-to-drink shots in glass bottles.
I recently did an apple cider vinegar shot challenge that was very helpful, but I dreaded drinking vinegar every morning. This was different.
