If there’s one style tip to take away from my blog, it’s that I don’t follow fashion rules (or most rules for that matter). I mean, it’s summer and here I am, strutting around downtown in a long sleeved black maxi, totally unbothered (the other day I was wearing emerald green eye-shadow and a dark lip).
I’d hate to loose my originality in the name of chasing trends. If I wear something, it’s because I’m feelin’ it, not because everyone is wearing it. So who knows, maybe in December while everyone is scouring the racks for winter coats, my cold shoulder obsession will be kicking in – only time will tell.

Anyway…just keep your accessories in check. Glowy, flirty make-up for a daytime link-up, easy statement earrings for date night, hair in a bun plus sunnies with a bold lip to run your weekend chores, or do it like me and opt for a floral chocker and chic oxfords for an afternoon city stroll.
