My friend, Nene Kabutey Lander is starting an Entertainment and Lifestyle podcast called Saturday Shade with Nene Kabutey, and he asked me to be a part of his show…I know!!!
If you’re wondering, a podcast is an online audio file with multiple episodes based on whatever topic one wishes to talk about. Think of it as subscribing to your favorite radio show without dealing with the commercials.
The Saturday Shade with Nene Kabutey is a two-part entertaining lifestyle podcast that talks about the top stories, current trends, fashion and lifestyle tips plus of course, you get to hear Kabutey passing out a whole bunch of shade…he’s been known, hence the name of the show.
Kabutey is a young talented model and entertainment mogul in the making. Born and bred in Ghana, he is on his way to graduating with a Bachelor in Arts in Communication, with a specialty in Broadcast Journalism at Houston’s Texas Southern University.
He has been in the Radio and fashion business for a minute and he has seen it all. New York Fashion Week, London Fashion Week, and rubbing shoulders with The View’s Sheri Shepherd are all under his belt. He is currently the host for the entertainment and lifestyle segment on The Lunch Box, a radio show in Houston, Texas. Kabutey started the Saturday Shade because he wanted to try something new and what better way to do that than to get into the podcast business.
