I still haven’t watched Queen of Katwe and I am having major FOMO, almost as though I have abandoned my own countrymen. But today my friends, today is the day, come hell or high water.

This is another all Ugandan outfit great for a weekend with friends or a day off, when you just want to feel free and fabulous. I love that when Kara made this for me, she asked whether I would wear it with heels or flats and adjusted the length accordingly so that I wouldn’t have to deal with a dragging maxi (don’t sweeper dresses just make you cringe? What I even hate more are people that tie a knot at the bottom and then the whole outfit just looks sloppy).
